Warning

  1. This lightsaber is designed for use in combat sports - it has an aluminium body and a rigid polycarbonate blade that can cause injury if used to strike a person.
  2. Ensure that adequate safety equipment is worn if using this saber for any kind of contact sport or play. We recommend using safety glasses and gloves when practising with this lightsaber.
  3. For tournament or contact sparring you should be using a fencing mask with back of head protection, neck protection, chest and back protection, hand and arm protection, groin protection and upper leg protection.
  4. Always use care and control when engaging in any combat sports to prevent injury to yourself or other participants.

Care of Your Lightsaber

  1. Electronics in this lightsaber are not waterproof. Please ensure that you do not get the body / hilt wet or use outdoors in rainy or damp conditions.
  2. Inside of the polycarbonate blade is a lining / inner tube that diffuses the light from the LED emitter in the base. Please do not remove this lining.
  3. Please ensure that you charge the lightsaber at least once a month to maintain the health of the rechargeable battery.
  4. The blade of your lightsaber can be removed or replaced by loosening the grub screws with the provided allen key.
  5. Do not open the lightsaber to access the electronics, speakers or LED emitter
  6. The polycarbonate tube is not rated for sparring against metal or wooden weapons and we recommend only sparring against other polycarbonate lightsabers.

Using your Lightsaber - Pulse Menu

Your lightsaber uses a pulse menu - when you press and hold the activation button you will feel a small vibration or pulse when you release the button this will activate a function based on the number of pulses.

When the Lightsaber is Off

1 Pulse             - Turn the lightsaber on

2 Pulses           - Cycle through the available sound fonts

3 Pulses           - Toggle sound on and off

When the Lightsaber is On

1 Pulse             - Cycle through light effects including blinking and pulsating.

- There will be sound effect indicating the change in effect

2 Pulses           - Toggle lock up clash effect on and off

3 Pulses           - Cycle through the available blade colours

4 Pulses           - Cycle through 3 volume levels

5 Pulses           - Turn the lightsaber off
